A Chef and restaurateur from her early 20’s. Cynthia has own and operated Blase Cafe since 1997, when she signed her lease on the back of napkin! 23 years strong and ready for whats next to come.
In 2016 Kevin joined the Blase Cafe family as part owner. He is such a fun and outgoing person and often referred to as “Blase Dad”!

Chef Chip came to us recently from Atlanta, Georgia. He is full of creative and fresh ideas to liven up our menu. Chip takes pride in seeking out and using locally made and cultivated products for his dishes!
Managers- Taylor Toelle and Macy Faccioli
Taylor Toelle has been working at Blase Cafe for about 5 years and started out as a part time server. She is now the General Manager and can be seen helping the staff as well as the guests and working behind the bar to come up with the next best martini!
Macy Faccioli has been working at Blase Cafe for about 2 years and is the Front of House manager. She is always smiling and laughing with guests while making sure they are provided with great food and service from the kitchen and waitstaff
